Who can buy a medical ultrasound device from this website?

Healthcare private professionals and healthcare institutions (eg. medical facilities) are entitled to purchase online professional ultrasound systems to provide healthcare services to patients. Only authorized persons based in European countries may raise orders via this Mindray online store. Mindray will review all your customer data prior to shipping an ultrasound system and has the right to cancel an order at any time if the above requirements of the buyer are not met.

When may I expect delivery after order placement?

With all the orders we do our best to ensure the quickest delivery possible. Assuming that all items are in stock, delivery should occur within maximum 10 working days after the order is placed.

Can I request delivery to another country?

The ultrasound systems offered on this websiteare only delivered to Customers based in the supported countries. Our products and the associated prices are tailored to the respective country. Currently orders on this website can therefore only be shipped to Netherlands. We will open to other countries soon.

What happens if I need to change the delivery address after ordering?

If you need to change the delivery address, please send us an e-mail to ecommerce@mindray.com. Please include in your e-mail the order number to allow quick and easy identification of your order.

How much are the shipping costs?

The delivery is free of charge within the supported countries.

Can I collect the product directly from your office / warehouse?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. All products for orders placed online are shipped directly to your desired location in any of the supported countries. For special delivery requirements for your ultrasound system, please contact our Customer Service Team by e-mail at ecommerce@mindray.com.

Can I change an existing order before shipping?

Yes, this is possible. Please have your order number available and send an e-mail to ecommerce@mindray.com with a request to get support.

Can I return the ultrasound system after delivery?

No, returns are not possible.

Customer covers the shipping costs for sending the item back, while Mindray covers the return shipping expenses.
